Raw, single-origin Linden Honey is produced from the nectar of Tilia tree blossoms (Linden or Lime Tree). Characterised by a sweet taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste and a dark amber to reddish colour, it naturally crystallises faster than lighter honey types due to its higher glucose content.
