Toor Dal (Arhar Dal)

Prepared from stone-grounding of locally grown Toor from dry lands of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Toor Dal  is a power house of proteins and fibers.

Seeds used are of indigenous variety and are sprayed with jeevamrut, dashaparni ark and various traditional organic sprays to avoid pests and insect attacks. The crop harvesting time is usually 40-50% higher than the hybrid counterparts, but that’s definitely worth it!
