Tuna Fillet With EVOO & Pepper – 140g

Our fillets are prepared and dressed by hand. Lacking of ridges they are the thinnest, noblest part of the tuna. With organic extra virgin olive oil from Navarre this recipe, very slightly salty, spiced up with AOP Espelette pepper preserves all the flavor of this part of the wild fish.
