Cacao Crudo Bar (Dark Chocolate & Lemon Zests) 50g

A unique taste: fresh, sweet and citrusy chocolate.It's processed manually by separating the skin of the lemons, then dried for 36-40 hours at about 30 °C. The result is a very joyful and fresh citrusy flavour, delicate and soft, which evolves gradually in your mouth leaving a persistent after-taste. Ingredients: unroasted Organic cacao Criollo beans paste, concentrated Organic coconut flower sap, dried Organic “Siracusa Lemon PGI” zest (3%), (cocoa solids: 77% minimum). May contain almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts.
