Organic Chamomile from Crete 20g

Our Organic Chamomile is carefully selected and grown in Crete, Greece. It is cultivated without the use of pesticides. The flowers have a mild floral taste with a light natural sweetness. Chamomile tea is traditionally used to help reduce stress, improve sleep, and support digestion. Certified organic (GR-BIO-06), it offers a pure, natural option for daily wellness. How to Use:

• Add 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers per cup (100ml of freshly boiled water).
• Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
• Strain and drink. Add honey if desired.
