Oat cookies with Belgian Chocolate (bake mix)

The mix makes 8-10 delicious oatmeal cookies with bits of Belgian chocolate. These oat cookies are made directly from the bag without rising, resulting in a quick and flavorful treat. Black oats are the authentic Norwegian oat grain that we at Den Sorte Havre have revived at Tveter Farm in Våler, Østfold. We grow the grain organically and without any pesticides.

Ingredients:

Norwegian unsprayed black oat flakes, wheat flour, sugar, Belgian dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, and natural vanilla flavor), baking powder, salt, and cardamom.

Volume: 300 gr.
